Problem
Sleeping is one of the most undervalued aspects of your life that will dramatically improve your quality and quantity of life. For this activity get 7-8 hours of sleep for 4 straight nights. Go to sleep at the same time and wake up around the same time. The regularity and consistency of this assignment is most crucial followed by getting the number of hours. You should aim to achieve both hours and consistent times. Journal before you start and after each night. Reflect on your current sleep and how you feel about it; is it enough, do you wake up often, how long does it take to fall asleep, how do you feel when you wake up, do you have to hit the snooze, and so on. How do you feel after getting 4-nights of consistent sleep?
