OB Project: This project is for students pursuing Organizational Behavior course and it is to be carried out on a group basis. Each group should select one topic from the chapters that have been covered in this course. Students are required to investigate about their selected topic in order to see how it could help in improving organizational effectiveness, within one selected local organization. Distributing questionnaire and/or conducting interviews are part of the investigation process.

Therefore, each group is required to present the investigation results based on the following guideline:

The presentation should include the following parts:

Introduction about the selected topic.
Data Collection.
Results.
Recommendations.
All presentations should be done on the 12th lecture.
The presentation shall not exceed 15 minutes.
