Guidelines for the project

This is a project; therefore, you need to work as a team. You are requested to report an incident experienced by one of you at work.

Write about this incident using the project structure:

Topic: A conflict that took place at work or within your team

Note: don't write specific company name or staff name, but you can write sector name like Petroleum sector, security sector ...etc

- Cover page: Your names and IDs
- Introduction: State the name of the student who encountered the incident and then what you want to report. Describe the incident.
-Body of Report: Report how each of the following helped to understand, predict, or influence the organizational behavior:
