In this discussion you will share two things.

First, go to Surf Your Watershed EPA (or google it) and tell us which watershed you live in (I live in north Dakota forgo). Follow your water all the way to an ocean, naming the rivers and cities/states/countries along the way (if applicable).

Second, search the news archives or your memory and tell us about an issue involving water that struck a chord with you. Keep it as close to home as possible but state or national issues are OK. Be specific!

Fall 2020 Note: the EPA website link in the instructions is still not working. For Minnesota, I searched "Minnesota watersheds" and got to this nice map (attached) That will help you id yours, you can then go on from there.

Note that it also gives you your river basin to help with the final destination part. Out-of-staters, you will have to do a similar search for your area.
