This writing assignment aimed to test your analytical skills, I would like you to do the following:

1. Find, download, read, and critique a manuscript on your favorite pathogen.

2. Write a summary of the manuscript including

A) the rationale for the study (reason the study was conducted),

B) the primary methods used in the study (molecular diagnostics, cellular biology, mathematical modeling and epidemiology), and most importantly,

C) interpret the findings of the manuscript. Part C is where you should critically evaluate what the authors claim given the scientific approach.
