Introduction:
Write an introduction for sign posting purposes. Explain the purpose and the structure of the report, and briefly introduce the Tesla company.

1. Analysis of business level strategies:
Explain strategic issues of Tesla and refer to relevant theories. What is Tesla's mission, vision and values (if they are known)? How does business strategy(ies) apply (e.g. cost leadership or differentiation or hybrid)? Make a link between this section and the next section (corporate level strategies).

2.Analysis of the corporate level strategies:
Analyse Tesla's corporate level strategies. Refer to the theories taught in the module, such as three types / groups of corporate strategies: stability, growth or turnaround/retrenchment strategies. Within a group of strategy choose 2-3 specific strategies that apply to Tesla. These could be for example vertical integration, market penetration, market development, diversification or other strategies that you think apply to Tesla. Make sure that you clearly integrate and reference strategy theories. Use the strategy theories as lens of analysis. Justify that Tesla is using the strategies by supporting arguments with relevant data / figures / evidence form your practical research. Write a short conclusion to this section explaining whether these strategies are successful or not.

Conclusion:
Emphasise and summarise the most important ideas presented in the report. Do not just summarise all of your findings.
