The Committee on Economic Social and Cultural Rights in currently in session for its February/March meeting. The meeting is one of three yearly meetings where the committee set their agenda, release statements and opinions on reports submitted by member states, and coordinate with related committees, interest groups, experts, policymakers, government officials, and the public. Write a short summary explaining the issue or activity. For example, if you are looking at the report on Mexico, pick one of the issues for which the committee has requested additional information or perhaps the response by the Mexican government on a particular issue (e.g., availability of education, access to employment, etc).
