Purpose
After completing the SAT 1-4, each student is expected to be able to write a short reflection analysis (essay) of the survey results to determine their attitudes to further develop their leadership styles and potential to become an effective leader.

Consider how your personality (from Big Five Personality Profile) relates to the contingency leadership theories in the textbook along with some of the questions presented in this self-assessment test. Juggle the information together. Look for patterns where the theoretical information is linked to practical applications.
