Question: In a 1997 survey done by the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, 36% of a randomly selected sample of n = 935 American adults said that they do not get enough sleep each night (Source: https://www.mipo.marist.edu). The margin of error was reported to be 3.5%.

a. Use the survey information to create a 95% confidence interval for the percentage that feels they don't get enough sleep every night. Write a sentence that interprets this interval. Specify the population.
