TOPIC:Address passive aggressive behavior as well as poor leadership within the organization. As a result of these poor qualities and methods of communication, there are employees that do not learn and continue to make the same mistakes over and over making them ineffective employees. There is animosity between the employees because of this as there are other employees that are doing the job correctly but have to pick up the slack because of poor leadership/management. There is favoritism which cause protects these employees who commit the same mistakes. I would think the topic would include effective communication as well.
