From the following emerging themes in finance, you are to select ONE, and write a research report:
• Triple Bottom Line Accounting
• Sustainability Reporting
• Green Finance
• Shareholder Value Analysis and Financial Management
• Carbon trading and it's financial implications to the corporate world

You should introduce the theme/concept and discuss it's implications for business organisations and financial management practice in particular. You can also discuss the developments (if any) over time in the chosen theme/concept and also give an indication of the direction of its development (if relevant). You can also discuss merits and demerits of the concept/theme as they apply to business organisations.

You should base your input for this report purely from academically accepted research sources such as peer reviewed research articles, and conference papers. You should restrict your search sources to the academic databases made available to you as a student of PIM, and/or Google Scholar.
