Question :

Write a "remove" method for an integer array. The method takes in two arguments, the array to remove the value from (oldArray), and a value to remove (value).

If the value is not found, return a COPY of the original array, otherwise, return a duplicate array without the FIRST OCCURRENCE of the value.

You may use the "indexof" function from question 12 to get the location of the first occurrence of the value within the array.
