Reflection portion of the report must include the following:

3. Self-evaluation - Did you perform your tasks to the best of your abilities; what could you have done differently in order to perform them more effectively?

4. Challenging Situation - Describe a situation you encountered that you found challenging and the steps you took to overcome it.

5. Initiative - Describe a situation during your work experience in which you took initiative; be sure to include the details and the outcome.

6. Professionalism - Comment on your professionalism during this position: How did you demonstrate your attendance and punctuality? How did you demonstrate confidentiality? How did you demonstrate a positive attitude? How did you demonstrate a cooperative and team approach to your work experience?

7. Hiring Decision - Based on your performance during your work experience, if you were in charge of hiring at this company, would you hire yourself? Explain why or why not.

8. Overall Experience - Comment on your overall experience during your work experience.

Format and Content criteria:
o must be submitted in APA format (cover page, page headers, double-spaced, etc.)
o is expected to be 2 to 4 pages in length, using subheadings (1-8 above)
