Write a query to return the average monthly temperature for the world by each month. Use the month name not the month ID. (There should be 12 rows, one for each month) Write a query to return the maximum average monthly temperature by year and country name. (There should be 460 rows) Write a query that will only return the year, country name, month name, and average monthly temperature. (There should be 5520 rows) Make sure to include identifying information for values (years, country, etc). Make sure to include column aliases for columns with formulas to improve the look of the results. The results should be rounded to two decimal places
