My Areas of Learning
The decision to study this must have been well-informed. I had a pessimistic approach before coming to the full realization of how important the unit would change my life in relevant areas.
Among these are the essential aspects of research and analysis that have given me the ability to uncover critical problems in project management and overall change in the organization.
My research skills and project analysis have changed and improved significantly. My prior assumptions that research was a study only associated with the study of physical, and biological sciences have plainly been proved wrong after I enrolled in this course.
Since then, I have become aware of the significant role of research in other fields, which mainly includes management, social sciences, economics and even political aspects of management. While studying this unit, I have been tasked with the writing of a research proposal for my chosen topic.
It significantly enhanced my literature analysis skills, and I was able to come up with the chosen topic, thoroughly analyzed. The initial fear was therefore put at bay, having developed excellent and quantitative research skills in the unit.
