Question: Conduct a TELEPHONE interview of someone who works in a clerical/secretarial/administrative capacity in a hospital or doctor's office environment. You cannot go to their location to do this in person. Maybe a neighbor, friend, or family member who is doing the job you are going to school currently but would answer a few questions for you. You would then write a paper summarizing what you found from the interview.
