ISI needs to stay with their mission; they need to disclose the developmental delay and declare their company capable of providing advanced technology. By being honest of the delay; customers will value their operations. Accuracy and reliability in what they are known for will maintaining their integrity, and will build trust with HTC.
Currently ISI is not on target, to meet their contract. Therefor; they fear of losing their contract with HCT. The pressure to succeed is influencing key personnel to make unethical decisions.
