Average time for different steps

Now You need to use Genetic Algorithm to optimize the Emergency Department resources. i.e. based on patients' arrival and treatment, how you can maximize the flow.

Now I need to use Genetic Algorithm to optimize the Emergency Department resources. i.e. based on patients' arrival and treatment, how I can maximize the flow. This flow can be measured by number of patients finished their ED journey by 4-hours
