1- Write a function named wordLenghts() that takes one string parameter (text)you may assume that the given text contains only letters and white spaces input: text,a string parameter and the return: a dictionary in which each key is the lenght of a word in text and the corresponding value is the number of words of that lenght

2- Write a function named initVowelCount that find how many words on each line of the file start with a vowel( either capitalize or lower case vowel).initVowelCount should write that number to a corresponding line of an output file. the function takes 2 parameters 1-inFile is the name of an input file that exists before the function is called and outFile is the name of an output file that the function creates and writes to . Assume that inFile is in the current working directory and you should write an outFile to that directory.
