Reference no: EM133273789
Case: You are required to write a full body resistance exercise program (incl a basic cardiorespiratory prescription) for a healthy untrained individual who has basic fitness and strength goals (i.e. "I just want to get in shape").
The program must have a full-body focus across the week with a maximum of four sessions per week (minimum two; therefore, split style programs, within reason, are allowed). There must be sufficient detail (sets, reps, loading, rest intervals) for the program to be performed, and information for the client to understand how to progress the 'weight' they lift over the next four-weeks as they gain strength.
Assume you will have had one session with the client prior to prescribing this program, where you can demonstrate up to a maximum of 18 different exercises. Your program must be able to be performed for a four-week training block, so there must be sufficient room in what you hand-in for training loads from each session to be entered. The program must have a professional presentation, and submitted as a PDF
The program must be presented to a point where if it was printed out, it would be professional and worthy of charging money
The nutrition component should at max be one page.
Make sure you have planned loads for the full 4 weeks of the program for the client. Please, input at least 2 weeks of fake numbers (reps achieved, weight lifted, etc) the client did of your program
Max 18 unique exercises in the program, the only exercises excluded are Olympic lifts and derivates (e.g. clean pull, drop snatch). Compound movements such as squats and deadlifts are completely okay.
Training sessions should at max be 60 minutes (that includes warm-up and cardiovascular components)
There should be adequate space for you to also include the needs analysis in your upload.
