Interview Essay: Having conducted an interview with a chief administrator (vice president, assistant vice president, dean, etc.) in a community college setting, write a four to five page essay of the interview.

The basic focus of the interview is to ask the chief administrator to share his or her experiences working with a diverse population (students, faculty and staff).

Ask the chief administrator to and provide examples of how his or her personal knowledge, influence, or expertise has helped members of the diverse population advance in their community college experience.

Note: If you are not sure whether or not the individual is a chief administrator, please consult with me. Also, make sure that you address the assignment and not go off on a tangent with another focus.
