Description
First, you will write a description of the results presented in Figure 2 Panels A through D. This should be fairly short, and yes you can find how these authors presented it, but this needs to be in your words. The results should state briefly what the experiment was and then describe the data in Figure 2 A-D. Realistically this is maybe four sentences at most if you use them carefully.

The second assignment is to write the abstract for this paper. Since you have the whole document you should be able to work backwards to an abstract that includes brief statement of the problem and hypothesis, the research that was done with a high level summary of results and conclusions.
