This assessment looks specifically for evidence of your ability to reflect upon your group in terms of communication, engagement, participation, and group processes.
The aim of this assessment task is to develop your critical skills and to use these to reflect upon your own learning throughout this course.
For this assessment you are required to write a critical reflection paper on your learning experiences throughout this course in order to consolidate your learning in addition to your group work experience (if you completed assignment 1 individually you can reflect on a past group experience at university or in your workplace).
Your goal is to make connections between your professional experiences, formal study, group work and personal development.
Write the paper please reflect on:
(1) your experiences and learning from your IMC Campaign. You should consider the entire process from (suggested: 200 words):
- your choice of topic,
- undertaking the SWOT,
- developing the brief and the IMC Campaign,
- both the actual presentation and what you have learnt from the process.
- You should also take into account presenting and recording your presentation.
(2) You are to critique and reflect on your group experience for this course (or a previous group experience). (suggested: 700 words)The following questions can be used to guide your group work reflection.
