Explains the different stages of team development. Teaches how to respect and adjust to different actions with a team. Teaches us to deal with conflict and patience under the time pressure. Helps us how working in team and being good to the employees leads to the successful business.(Thompson, 2015).
This course helped me to improve myself in many ways mainly it thought me how to work in a team. The course always mainly focused on a team management I learned how to raise a good team, learned how to be with the team members who are having different thinking. It helped be how to be patient when having the problems with the team members how to work according to the time given and how to focus on the project without having conflict. the course thought me how important it is to communicate with the team members how important it is to discuss with the team members sharing the knowledge between the team members will help the team to progress. There must be always healthy competition between the team members and must always work for the company growth
