Select two of the six case studies in A Problem-Based Learning Manual for Training and Evaluating Police Trainees (https://ric-zai-inc.com/Publications/cops-w0150-pub.pdf), and write a comparison of the two agencies' field training programs. What are the significant differences regarding the size of the department and the focus of community oriented policing?
