III. Write a business history of a Black neighborhood. Again, you should develop 2-3 points of interest that demonstrate the good and bad of the Black experience here, not just a timeline.

IV. Write a paper advocating a policy change that would benefit Black entrepreneurs. However, this advocacy must be based on quantitative evidence showing the historical disadvantage that must be rectified.
