PART A: Conduct a Need Analysis

Assuming the roles of HR coordinators at CGU, conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for two of the new employees. You will be provided with a "Training Need Analysis and Skill Audit" Template.

Using the template conduct a Training Need Analysis for newly recruited Administrative Assistants (student roleplays). Next, analyse the TNA outcomes and write a brief report on key training needs identified in the process.

As this activity deals with personal information, ensure the appropriate privacy laws, cultural, social and ethical principles are followed. Research and make a list of applicable legislations. Discuss and confirm with your Manager (trainer/assessor roleplay) and include in your final report.

PART B: Develop Training and Learning Plans

Using the information generated in PART A, develop a Learning and Training for each of the employees (Administrative Assistants), with the team sharing the workload. Many of the aspects of the plans will be common given the same job role. However, individual learning needs may differ.

Prepare a Training and Learning Plan for the other partner, using the following structure;

• Introduction

• Goals and Objectives (of the plan)

Organisational Requirements and Expected Performance Standards (in line with stated professinal goals and objectives in individual analysis)

• Learning Gap Analysis (A gap between what current is and what will be expected to achieve tt professional goals

• Learning and Training Strategies

• Key Actions and Resources

• Training Evaluation Plan and Tools

• Legislative requirements

A sample plan or a template will be provided by the trainer as a guide for completion of the project. It may also conduct their own research and produce their own plan formats which best suit the intent purpose. It is strongly recommended that students attend all the learning sessions and develop knowledge skills leading to this final summative assessment.

PART C: Presentation

Once completed, present you plan to the class (assuming class audience as organisation& stakeh provide feedback sheets to both the roleplay employees for whom the plans were developed. EE the team will present one plan. The presentation should be limited within ten (10) minutes with minutes of question time.
