Based on the principles above, write a 1½ - 2 page, double-spaced statement analyzing the data brokerage phenomenon. Is data brokerage ethical?

Do the benefits brought to consumers outweigh the downsides? Does the same analysis apply to governments using private information for the common good and protection?
