Intercultural Employee Motivation and Rewards

Culture plays a major role in the motivation of employees. Consider that not only do you have a mix of ethnicities on your team, but you also need to be aware of cultural differences due to gender, generation, race, ethnicity, religion, and other categories of human differences.

Write a 3-5-page report in a Microsoft Word document on employee motivation, including a recommendation for an employee reward system that will meet the needs of the variety of cultural groups you manage.
