Do you believe every person arrested no matter the charge, should be required by law to submit their DNA. Some believe by entering this DNA, past and potentially future crimes will be solved. However, others argue, what if the individual arrested is not charged, falsely arrested or found not guilty. Would you want your DNA on record/file?
