One of the most important tasks that you will have as a health services manager is the development and management of teams. When you need to form a team, one thing that you will have to consider is the composition of that team. In your opinion, is diversity within teams good or bad? Would you try to form teams of people who are all alike, or would you strive for a diverse mix of members? How does group composition, or diversity in the mix of members, affect group performance?
