Question: Surveys indicate that significant differences exist between the values, attitudes, and beliefs that supervisors personally hold and those they encounter in the workplace. These differences are not simply a U.S. phenomenon. Around the world supervisors face the same predicament, should they follow orders that go against their own values and beliefs?
