Your boss invites you to a luncheon hosted by one of your companies suppliers. You ride with your boss (the driver) and co-workers to the luncheon at an area restaurant. After everyone gets settled and the waiter comes around to your table, your boss and all of your co-workers order an alcoholic beverage. You are of legal age to drink, but when you hesitate when the waiter gets to you to take your drink order, your boss tells you that it is fine to have a couple of drinks, and that everyone is having one.

Would you order an alcoholic drink? What are the ethical issues this situation brings to the surface? How would you handle the situation?
