You have been chosen by the Netflix board of directors to be the next CEO for Netflix. You will lay out for the board how you will approach the business going forward.
Your board must clearly understand the direction the new CEO will be taking for Netflix into the future.
Your grade will not be based on the strategy itself, it will be based on how well your report let's us see sound leadership skills and ideas, and whether we can see beyond the complexity of this organization and easily comprehend your prosed plan as the new CEO.

Part three is to decide if you would recommend keeping the existing strategy or to create a new strategy going forward. Your board members are well versed in the details of the company, so assume they understand the core drivers of the decisions you need to make, but provide a clear roadmap for them to follow.
You should be able to articulate a new strategy or the choice of retaining the existing one on just one page. You might then have backup describing how you reached your decision if necessary.
This section should include:
A. Would you keep the current vision and strategy, or develop a new one?
If you choose to keep the current path, validate your choice by explaining why that is the best course forward (and explain why alternates would not work better).
