Question: Review the A-B-C Model (Adversity, Beliefs, Consequences) to manage stressful events. Apply the model to the following scenario: Scenario: Omar is employed by a large sized computer company, and has been writing sales reports for his boss. The boss signs his own name to the reports without giving Omar any credit for the work. Omar grows increasingly irritated, becomes side-tracked, and subconsciously begins submitting subpar reports. The boss reprimands Omar for his performance. Would you have reacted the same way as Omar? How would you have handled this situation if you were Omar's boss?
