In managing real estate it seems that it is all about money. It seems that the purpose most investors acquire real estate for is the cash flow and potential appreciation in property value.

Is there a risk to being too focused on the financial aspects of the property? What type of strategy would you develop using information in Chapter 8 to maximize the value of your property?
