A few weeks later, Jesse is convicted of a series of violent crimes and expresses no remorse for his actions. He is then correctly diagnosed by another doctor with antisocial personality disorder. Would the correct diagnosis the first time have prevented these crimes? Is Dr. Miller legally responsible for what happened after he misdiagnosed Jesse? Why or why not?
