Re-read the Palliser Furniture case from the second case study assignment and answer the following questions.
Question 1: Assume that Palliser has decided to source leather goods in Mexico for sale into the Canadian market. Describe in detail the possible choices of entry mode (hint: Chapters 12 & 13) into Mexico to source furniture for Canadian markets.
Question 2: Based on your answer to Question # 1 above, which approach should Palliser take? Support your answer with a solid argument.
