Cindy is an engineer who works for an automotive manufacturer. She discovered the cause for a series of vehicle accidents involving her employer's vehicle brand was due to a faulty assembly system in her unit. When Cindy reported the matter to her superior, he ignored acting on her information.

Cindy is now seeking your advice on the ethical implications to (i) her, (ii) her organisation and (iii) society if she makes the information about the faulty assembly system public.
