Your report should list at least five questions that should help to assess the validity and reliability of a digital information source.
d. In your briefing report, you will also be required to list at least three of the information sources you have used to research digital applications and for each of those sources answer each of the questions you have developed to determine and report on the validity and reliability of the identified information sources. The company has recently decided to conduct at least 50% of meetings online and has asked you to investigate relevant software solutions. As documents will also need to be shared during meetings, the solutions will also need to accommodate this.
Complete the following activities:
1. Conduct research and outline findings

Using your research, prepare a brief report (half a page approximately) that includes your comparison and preferred solution to submit to your assessor. Submit the report to your assessor via email.
2. Prepare for online meeting
You are now required to prepare for the online meeting with your assessor.
Complete the following preparation tasks:
a. Access or download the online meeting software and familiarize yourself with the system.
b. Research online meeting protocols. Identify at least 6 protocols that should be followed and make notes for use in the procedure you will develop as indicated below.
c. Based on the above, develop a brief procedure that could be used by staff members about how to use the online meeting system (including accessing and downloading software, setting up a meeting, how to use audio and share documents and any other important information,), as well as the online meeting protocols to be followed. This document should be approximately one-page.
d. Next prepare a short presentation using Prezi or Power point about one of the digital applications you researched in assessment task 1. You will use this presentation in the final part of the assessment. The presentation should be for approximately two-three minutes and address the following:

Provide a hard copy of the procedures you developed for using online meeting software and go through the online meeting protocols and the instructions on how to download and install the software.
Give your assessor the opportunity to practice using the online meeting software and ask questions. You are also required to demonstrate effective communication skills, including speaking clearly and concisely, and active listening to confirm understanding.
After the meeting, send an invitation to the online meeting using the software you have identified. Your assessor will advise you of the meeting date and time. Use the online meeting software to send the invitation for the meeting. Attach your instructions and meeting protocol document to your assessor's invitation.
4. Conduct meeting using online meeting software
The final part of this assessment requires you to conduct an online meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to talk about the digital application you chose using your presentation to guide you through the meeting.
