Have you ever met someone that works out at the gym on a regular basis? They are different from the main population because they would be the first to tell you that, “Working out is part of their LIFESTYLE.” And you would accept that as a given based on your observation skills. You can see they are in “great” shape, eat healthy, and hang out with similar minded people.
