You are working on busy surgical ward. Your nurse asked you to leave a space on progress note so she can write down in it later. What should you do in this sitaution? Leave a blank soace in the progress note or adivse that burse that you are unable to leave a black but if she verbally tells you what occured you are happy ti write this in the progress note on their behalf or don't leave a black soace in yhe progress note aa it doesnot matter if they are slightly iut of order, your colleague can wrute in retrospote or tell the nurse that she can document after you and to simply alter the time so the nite appear in real time.
