You work for a medical research company as part of the innovation and new product development team. All the team various members have either an MBA or MS degree and share the same general interests.
The team collaborates on a regular basis in the achievement of the overall goals and projects. Despite working long hours due to various assignments and related deadlines, the team participates in various community service projects and social events on a regular basis. A vice president of the company recently remarked about the outstanding team morale, success, and cohesiveness.
