The biggest ethical issue faced by these workers is the lack of resources and funds. These workers are equipped with primary care only and do not have modern and specialist technology or ability. While the population they serve do not have enough money to consult specialists in the urban centers. Often these healthcare workers serve a small population and live there. It often leads to the formation of personal relations. This duality of role often puts the patient confidentiality in jeopardy. Overlapping of personal and professional relations make the healthcare worker hesitant in sharing the absolute truth with the patient.
