Shane, the oldest member of the practice, commits malpractice during a surgery by leaving a surgical sponge in a patient. The patient recovers but suffers severe pain for years. As a result, the patient sues. Who is liable? Only Feel Better PC is liable. Feel Better PC as well as all the individual members are liable.
