Outline the differences between the Work choices reforms of 2006 and the proposed changes introduced by the Rudd Labor Government ( in the 2008 election) to take effect after January 2010. 

You are required to prepare a report for the General Manager of Rio Binto Mines, a large Australian mining company. 
You may prepare a report outlining the advantages and disadvantages of: 

• The Work Choices System and 
• The proposed Changes being introduced by the Rudd Labor Government as it would relate to the mining industry and how it may relate to employees involved in:
