The Company has decided to provide funding for two projects which she feels will help the organization achieve its objectives.

One is Sunil’s IT project and the specifications for this project are:

246 new work stations to be networked in all the 41 retail outlets.

In addition 53 work stations need to be installed at the Headquarters

14 software updated (standard off-the shelf software, total cost £230,000);

338 staff (administrative, accounts, managers, sales) will be affected by this update ;

The Union has agreed the need for the update and are supportive of the project;

All new furniture required has also been purchased already and is ergonomically friendly;

Training has to be provided for use of updated software

The work must be completed in 26 weeks and minimum disruption is envisaged.
