Weight loss is not easy; sometimes, genetic factors can work against a person trying to lose weight. The Theoretical Review mentioned that simply decreasing calorie intake may not be an effective way of losing weight and keeping it off if you are looking to lose a significant amount of weight, or are looking to lose weight over a longer period of time.
