She and her family have now chosen to stop treatment and have comfort measures only. Upon taking her vital signs, you notice that her O2 saturation is 88%, temperature is 101.6 degrees Fahrenheit, respirations are 28, heart rate is 90, and blood pressure is 142/90. You report these results to the nurse. She tells you that since Imani is on comfort measures only, the facility will not aggressively try to find out what exactly is going on. They will treat the symptoms to keep her comfortable.
