Summarize story:
For approximately eight years, Florence Girard had been living in Dahl's house under a residential home-sharing arrangement, a caregiving model in which the caregiver and client live together that was monitored by the non-profit Kinsight Community Society.
Florence Girard was discovered dead at Astrid Dahl's Port Coquitlam house on October 13, 2018.
Girard died of malnourishment and famine, according to RCMP, and Dahl was later charged with failing to provide the necessities of life.
Dahl didn't give Girard her prescription and took her to medical appointments for a long time, leading to the deterioration of her health, inability to eat, and eventually death.
